Material Selection
The right materials bring a design to life. Our material selection service helps you choose finishes, textures, colours and products that complement your design while balancing aesthetics, functionality, durability and budget.
From flooring and wall finishes to cabinetry, countertops, fabrics, hardware and lighting, every element is carefully considered to create a cohesive and timeless space.
Our approach goes beyond choosing materials that simply look beautiful. We consider how they will perform over time, how easy they are to maintain and how well they work with the lifestyle and requirements of the people using the space. This helps create interiors that are not only visually refined but also practical for everyday living.
About Material Selection
Material selection is where design meets practicality. We carefully curate materials, finishes, colours, textures and surfaces that complement your overall design while considering durability, functionality, maintenance and budget. From flooring and wall finishes to cabinetry, countertops, fabrics, hardware and fixtures, every selection is thoughtfully coordinated to create a space that feels cohesive, refined and uniquely yours. With the right materials, even the smallest details can make a lasting difference.
Attention to the Details
The character of an interior often comes from the details. The texture of a wall finish, the edge profile of a countertop, the tone of a wood finish, or the finish of a hardware element can subtly influence the overall experience of a space.
Every selection is therefore made with the complete design in mind. By paying attention to these details, we create interiors where materials work together naturally rather than competing for attention.

FAQ
What materials do you help select?
We assist with flooring, wall finishes, cabinetry, countertops, fabrics, hardware, lighting, and other interior finishes.
Can you help me choose materials within my budget?
Yes. We present suitable material options based on your design requirements, preferences, and budget, helping you make informed choices without compromising the overall look.
Can I see material samples before making a decision?
Yes. Where available, physical samples and finish samples can be reviewed to understand the actual colour, texture, and quality before finalising.
Can material selection be changed after finalisation?
Changes may be possible depending on the stage of the project. We recommend finalising materials before procurement and execution to avoid delays or additional costs.
